Established in 1967, Charles P. Faso, Inc. was founded on a philosophy of offering personal and professional service. Since then, Charles and his wife, Wendy, have grown the company into a full-service family-owned insurance agency with a fully licensed staff of insurance specialists. President and CEO Charles P. Faso started in the life insurance business in 1964. As a result of the pressures created by his life clients requesting additional services, both Charles and Wendy became licensed for property and casualty in 1967, and started the agency in a spare room of their home.
In 1987, Retiring from the Town of Tonawanda Police force, Charles focused his efforts to a full time basis further building a extensive background of the insurance industry, financial and risk management and with this experience, understands your different needs. He has strived to establish multiple relationships with over 20 insurance carrier companies so that The Charles Faso Agency can provide options and solutions for you, at very competitive rates!
In 1989 the agency changed from a sole proprietorship to a corporation and continued as Charles P Faso Inc. In 1998, Family members Michael Shady, Charles (CJ) Faso Jr and Kim Faso-Tucker all became licensed agents and joined the company.
Together with our experienced, fully licensed team of agents, we are serving over 2500 individuals and families, and 400 businesses in Erie, Niagara Counties, and the rest of State of New York. We utilize a state-of-the-art computerized rating system that compares rates of competing insurance companies for the same insurance coverage.
